These liquids are burned in the side walls. The vertical gas velocity is 3.5 m/s in the afterburner chamber at a thermal load of 25 Gcal/h. The off-gas at a rate of 66,000 Nm3/h leaves the afterburner chamber at a temperature of 1000°C. Heat is recovered in a steam boiler. The gases leave the boiler at 270°C.

This was one of two boiler covers the other recently sold. This one is heavier than the other and weighs approximately 40 pounds. It is approximately 50-51" long and 12 1/2" at the highest point. It is 3/8" thick. Condition is good major issues are the two ends are broken off from being heated up and removed from the boiler I suppose.
